Once the software has been installed on your server or delivered for self-hosting, the purchase is considered final. Due to the digital nature of the product and time invested in setup, we do not offer refunds after purchase of this software.

2. AI Voice Cloning Fees

Voice cloning uses third-party services (like ElevenLabs), which incur real-time, usage-based fees. You must have to pay it directly to ChatGPT and ElevenLabs.

3. Subscription or Support Add-Ons

• Any additional monthly support packages or subscription add-ons (if applicable) are billed in advance.
• You may cancel future support at any time, but past payments are non-refundable.
• Your support will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional situations such as:

• Inability to install the platform due to our fault
• Double billing or processing error
• Project cancellation before any work has begun
