Terms and Conditions

    Applies to: Clients licensing FansTalkAI.com software for self-hosted use

    1. Software License

    You are purchasing a license to install and use the FansTalkAI software on your own hosting/server environment.

    You are responsible for your infrastructure, domain, and API billing.

    2. What We Provide

    • Installation of the platform on your server
    • One-time setup & configuration
    • Support for integrating your API keys (OpenAI + ElevenLabs + Stripe)
    • 1 month of post-installation support (free)

    3. What You Must Provide

    To run the software, you must provide:

    • Secure access to your server (SSH, cPanel, or hosting panel)
    • Your ChatGPT API key
    • Your ElevenLabs API key
    • (Optional) Stripe account to collect payments

    Ongoing operational costs for OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Stripe are the client's responsibility.

    4. Support Policy

    • 1 month of free technical support is included
    • Additional support is billed separately

    5. Liability & Content Responsibility

    You are fully responsible for:

    • All content and interactions on your self-hosted site
    • Complying with GDPR, privacy, and content laws
    • Managing data access, storage, and user behavior

    We are not liable for any misuse, user complaints, or data breaches from your side.

    6. License Restrictions

    • You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the software without written permission
    • Cloning or reverse-engineering the software is prohibited
    • We reserve the right to revoke licenses for misuse or violation

    7. API & Usage Costs

    You understand that OpenAI and ElevenLabs are third-party services with variable, usage-based billing. These costs are not included in your license and must be managed via your own accounts.

    8. Termination

    We may terminate support if:

    • Server access is revoked or incomplete
    • Licensing terms are violated
    • API credentials are missing or misused
